Scope the task

Choose a bounded activity such as preparing an internal follow-up from approved meeting notes. Identify the data sources and the result the user expects. A broad instruction to manage the business leaves too many decisions undefined.

Set meaningful boundaries

Distinguish reading, drafting and external execution. Use appropriate permissions for connected services and define which actions require review. Give the assistant a way to report missing information rather than improvise a business decision.

Evaluate complete runs

Inspect several ordinary cases and at least one exception. Confirm recipients, record changes and whether repeated inputs cause duplicate work. Check current Lindy capabilities and account settings before assuming a demonstrated integration is available. Keep a human owner for corrections and changes to the process. The useful assistant reduces routine coordination while leaving a clear trail of what it did, what it could not do and what still needs a person’s judgement.
