Choose a source set

Identify the pages that should answer the question and make their status clear. Current policies, old drafts and personal notes should not be indistinguishable. The quality of an answer depends partly on the organisation of the workspace.

Ask a practical question

For an illustrative onboarding workflow, request the steps a new team member must complete, with links to the relevant pages. Separate confirmed requirements from suggestions. Keep the answer tied to the reader’s role and context.

Verify and maintain

Open the source pages, check dates and correct outdated information at its origin. Confirm the account’s current AI capabilities and permission behaviour before wider use. A knowledge assistant should not become a workaround for a poorly maintained documentation system. Measure whether people find dependable answers with less effort and whether errors lead to source improvements. The durable value is a workspace that becomes easier to understand, not simply a faster way to produce summaries of stale pages.
